These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of food products by AfterMarket to its customers. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the terms and conditions set out below.
Customers may place orders online through our website or through any other means specified by AfterMarket.
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of unavailability, AfterMarket will inform the customer and offer either suitable alternatives or a refund.
Product prices are displayed on our website. AfterMarket reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the prices applicable are those in effect at the time the order is placed. Payments may be made using the payment methods indicated on our website. Products remain the property of AfterMarket until full payment has been received.
AfterMarket will make every reasonable effort to meet the delivery times indicated at the time of order; however, these times are provided for information purposes only and are not binding. Delivery fees are communicated at the time of order and depend on the delivery destination and the weight of the products.
Customers are required to inspect the products upon receipt. Any claim must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours following delivery. AfterMarket will review claims and, where appropriate, propose a suitable solution. Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of receipt, subject to the conditions defined by AfterMarket.
AfterMarket shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
Customers’ personal data are collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abidjan.
AfterMarket reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
